The Vinçotte Executive Board defines the strategic lines of the company. Naturally, this board also harnesses its innovative leadership to strive for success over the long term.

The Executive Board comprises three committees which provide advice to the Executive Board members. These three committees are:

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee
  • Strategic Committee
  • Audit Committee
