Vinçotte vous aide à créer les tags pour vos équipements. Vous pouvez également le faire vous-même. L’information contenue dans le tag est reliée aux données d’inspections et statuts relatifs à vos équipements.
Chaque équipement possède un tag contenant l’archivage des données y relatif. Grâce au QR code, n’importe quel opérateur de terrain, safety manager ou tout autre tiers peut accéder aux données & au statut de sécurité lié à l’équipement en question.
A tout moment, vos safety managers ont accès à un dashboard contenant l’information sur chaque asset, filtrable par type, marque, etc. mais aussi la « big picture » sur tous vos assets et leur statut de sécurité. Ces rapports sont également exportables et livrables à tout tiers qui le souhaite. Cela facilite par exemple les audits, les certifications VCA etc.
