Vinçotte expands its fire safety services with a new state-of-the-art sprinkler laboratory in Zaltbommel

For manufacturers and installers operating in the European market, this expansion means that Vinçotte and Kiwa now offer a fully coordinated process for the essential EN 12259-1 certification. This is the key to obtaining the mandatory CE marking for sprinkler components.

A single point of contact for comprehensive EN 12259-1 testing #

By combining the capabilities of the Kiwa laboratories in Zaltbommel, Apeldoorn and Rijswijk, we offer the full testing programme for fixed fire-extinguishing systems.

A significant, recent addition to our services is the ‘Annex D Water Distribution Test’. This test is crucial for determining the sprinkler’s spray pattern and was previously often a logistical challenge. We now carry this out entirely within our own group.
