Vinçotte, member of group Kiwa

Now that the Belgian competition authorities have given their approval, Vinçotte is officially part of the Kiwa group.

Kiwa and Vinçotte join forces, agreement concluded #

On May 12, 2022, the Belgian Competition Authority gave its approval on the intended decision of Kiwa and Vinçotte to merge. By joining forces, Kiwa and Vinçotte are taking a firm step forward together to form a one stop shop for Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) services, which can support customers worldwide with a wider range of services.

The globally operating Kiwa Group of companies, active in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC), and Belgium's largest inspection, audit and certification company Vinçotte are definitively joining forces.

After the agreement was signed in December 2021, all that was left was to wait for approval from the Belgian Competition Authorities. Now that those formalities have been completed, Kiwa and Vinçotte will together be able to serve their customers in both the Benelux and the rest of the world even better with a strong portfolio of services, bundled know-how, knowledge and R&D in a wide variety of markets.

Together the companies employ some 10,000 experts in 40 countries on all continents.
