Are you facing a persistent challenge with concrete maintenance or Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) and wondering whether traditional, expensive and risky methods are the right solution?

We are happy to help you with your questions and concerns!

Do you have a specific inspection problem that you are struggling with? Feel free to bring some more information (asset, zone or photo) and we will look together at what our advanced output can do for you.

Digital precision for critical infrastructure

For infrastructure inspection, we start with AI-supported 3D baselines, obtained through advanced imaging with modern drone technology. Whether it's extensive infrastructure or hard-to-reach, enclosed spaces, the drone enables repeatable, scaled imaging. This creates a digital blueprint that accurately and comparably records the condition of the concrete over time, including small cracks, spalling and exposed reinforcement. The biggest advantage? This is done quickly, safely and completely without the need for scaffolding or aerial work platforms.

CUI: Smarter and faster inspection

For industrial assets such as tanks and pipelines, CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) is a silent but destructive threat. The traditional inspection method requires the removal of cladding and insulation, which is time-consuming and costly. We take a different approach: we use robots and robotic arms that can move across all surfaces. They inspect right through the insulation, identify critical hotspots and provide a clear diagnosis. This results in faster, safer and clearer maintenance decisions, as the insulation does not need to be removed.

We hope to see you in Amsterdam at the Sprint Robotics World Conference 2025!
