Meet our new Business Unit: Energy & Process Industries (EPI)

To better answer your questions and challenges and to work proactively with you towards a safer and more efficient future, a new Business Unit is being set up at Vinçotte in which we combine the strengths and knowledge of our EOP (Energy & Other Process Industries) division with those of our PCP (Petro Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals) division and integrate all our (A)NDT activities into one new Business Unit.

The world is changing rapidly. #

Society, both individuals and businesses, is facing a major energy transition and a (European) Green Deal. With the latter, carbon neutrality and reduction of greenhouse gases are focus points that are gaining momentum and also affect your business.

Meanwhile, technology and digitalization are bringing us new opportunities such as:

  • sensors and data analytics that are pushing the industry toward continuous monitoring
  • robotics and remote solutions that make it possible to reduce costs and improve safety even more,
  • ...

All these challenges are also accompanied by increasingly demanding regulations in terms of safety.

This called for a change in our own organisational structure.

Vinçotte is changing with it. #

A new Business Unit has been set up at Vinçotte to give you a better answer to your questions and challenges, and to work proactively with you towards a safer and more efficient future.

We are combining the strengths and knowledge of our EOP (Energy & Other Process Industries) division with that of our PCP (Petrochemicals & Pharmaceuticals) division and we are integrating all our (A)NDT activities into one new Business Unit: Energy & Process Industries (EPI).

Within this new Business Unit we will provide services to sectors such as:

  • production, storage and transport of energy
  • utilities
  • petrochemistry
  • pharma
  • chemistry
  • waste processing and recycling
  • steel industry
  • extractive industry
  • ...

All customers of our EOP and PCP divisions will therefore be served from 1 April 2022, from the EPI Business Unit, which will be headed by Frédéric Dewint, ex-EVP of EOP. Dirk Debusscher, ex-EVP of PCP, will be the new director of Vinçotte Netherlands.

What will change for EPI customers in practice? #

The vast majority of contacts will remain unchanged. After a transition period, optimization is possible and we will send you a detailed list of contacts to use, if applicable to you.

The benefits for EPI customers. #

You will be able to enjoy:

  • a pooling of forces and competencies so that you can better respond to the challenges associated with the energy transition and the Green Deal
  • our focus on innovation and technological developments
  • larger teams that are multidisciplinary, more flexible and more available

We look to the future with confidence and welcome you to Energy & Process Industries (EPI).
