2014/33/EU - European Lifts Directive and ISO 9001

Vinçotte certifies your quality management systems for the design, manufacturing, building, installation and final inspection of lifts according to the respective annexes to the European Lifts Directive 2014/33/EU.

Our experts certify quality management systems according to the relevant annexes to the European Lifts Directive 2014/33/EU on the manufacture and installation of lifts. This involves three aspects:

production quality assurance (without design), as per annex XII of the European Lifts Directive 2014/33/EU (module D)
full quality assurance (with design), as per annex XI of the European Lifts Directive 2014/33/EU (module H1)

Furthermore, we also provide certification as per ISO 9001 (see the relevant data sheet above)

The intervention of a notified body in the design, manufacturing and installation of passenger lifts is no longer required for
every lift installation. You may yourself conduct the final inspection on new lifts.
