At INDUMATION 2026 we’re happy to announce SPINAE as a new partner in the Kiwa Trust in Digital Partner Program
KORTRIJK, Belgium, February 6th, 2026
Today at INDUMATION 2026 we’re happy to announce SPINAE as a new partner in the Kiwa Trust in Digital Partner Program, further expanding the program’s expertise in cybersecurity for industrial and operational technology (OT) environments.
SPINAE is a Belgian, vendor-independent advisory and services company specialised in information and cybersecurity, with a focus on OT security. The company supports organisations in securing digital and industrial environments, improving cyber resilience, and addressing compliance requirements such as NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Its activities span both IT and OT, reflecting the increasing interconnection of these domains.
SPINAE’s work is grounded in practical experience within operational and production environments, enabling cybersecurity requirements to be translated into measures that are applicable in industrial contexts.
Through this partnership, SPINAE contributes its IT and OT security expertise to the Kiwa Trust in Digital Partner Program—an ecosystem that brings together partners across cybersecurity, data protection, artificial intelligence, and functional safety. The program supports organisations in innovating securely, meeting regulatory expectations, and demonstrating trust in digital technologies across critical and asset-intensive sectors.
Stijn Boussemaere, Partner at SPINAE said:
“Cybersecurity, especially at the intersection of IT and OT, is becoming increasingly complex. At Spinae, we believe collaboration is essential to make a real impact. By partnering with Kiwa within the Trust in Digital programme, we combine hands-on OT security expertise with a trusted framework. This allows us to reach more organisations and strengthen their resilience. Truly stronger together.”
Patrick Coomans, manager of the Kiwa Trust in Digital Partner Program, said:
“The mission of SPINAE aligns closely with the vision behind the Kiwa Trust in Digital Partner Program: making the world a more cyber-safe place. The belief we both share that meaningful impact in cybersecurity cannot be achieved in isolation makes this collaboration a logical step.”
The Kiwa Trust in Digital Partner Program was launched on February 3rd, 2026, and will be rolled out in phases, starting in Belgium and Luxembourg. Organizations interested in joining can contact Patrick Coomans.
Kiwa is seeking reputable expert partners with a proven track record in domains that strengthen the trustworthiness of digital technology across critical and asset-intensive sectors, including critical infrastructure, data centres, energy, process industries, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, logistics, automotive, aviation, oil and gas, and the built environment.
Impartiality and independence are fundamental to the Kiwa Trust in Digital Partner Program. Kiwa will always preserve the independence of its conformity assessment activities and will not certify its own work or the work it has designed or delivered. All partners commit to avoiding conflicts of interest. Partner contracts in Belgium and Luxembourg are established with Vinçotte Academy NV.
