Vinçotte in numbers

The group performs the legally compulsory activities through a non-profit-making association (vzw), as is laid down by law. All other activities are grouped in public limited companies (NV). Of the EUR 168,1 million in group turnover recorded in 2009, the bulk was posted by AIB-Vinçotte Belgium vzw and AIB-Vinçotte International nv, a public limited company bringing together the commercial activities. The remainder comes from the group’s other subsidiaries, which are run from the Vinçotte International holding company.
